Biological opinions result from consultations under the Endangered Species Act and Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act. NOAA Fisheries provides access to Northwest Region biological opinions through an online consultation query page in the Public Consultation Tracking System (PCTS). BiOps are available by calendar year, or by running a search report based on title, keywords, date, state or tracking number.
