Public Consultation Tracking System

The Public Consultation Tracking System (PCTS) is an online query system. It has two functions.

  • The PCTS tracking section allows federal agencies and applicants for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers permits to track the status of NOAA Fisheries consultations. Such actions come under the authority of the Endangered Species Act and Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act essential fish habitat.

The permit number and Corps District reviewing the request are needed to check the status of a permit request. A federal agency needs a user ID and password.

  1. Enter the PCTS Website
  2. Check the box for "ESA & EFH (combined response)"
  3. Enter part or all of the title of the biological opinion you want to find into the "Consultation Title" box and click "Run Report"
  4. Download or review copies of the requested documents
