Current Endangered Species Act Section 10 Permits for Fishery Harvest Programs
NOAA's Fisheries Service has issued several Endangered Species Act (ESA) Section 10 permits for incidental take of salmon and steelhead during otherwise lawful harvest activities. Before determining whether to issue a permit, the agency gives the public an opportunity to review and comment on each application.
