Habitat Conservation Division

The Habitat Conservation Division advances protections for federally-managed marine species by protecting and restoring habitat, including habitat determined to be essential for species survival under the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act . The division has three state offices: Washington State Habitat Office, Oregon State Habitat Office, and Idaho State Habitat Office.
