Hydropower Division

The Hydropower Division works throughout Washington, Oregon, and Idaho to ensure safe passage of listed salmon and steelhead through federal dams and facilities, as well as private dams and facilities requiring a federal permit. Our division consists of engineers and biologists with expertise in fish passage.
