Proposed Evaluations & Pending Determinations on Nez Perce Tribal Resource Management Plans

Jan. 23, 2013: We received a tribal resource management plan (TRMP) from the Nez Perce Tribe, and an updated fishery management and evaluation plan (FMEP) for fishery management in the Snake River Basin in northeast Oregon. These documents are updates to the action shown below for Aug. 11, 2011. Our proposed evaluation on the TRMP and a supplemental draft environmental assessment for the pending determination are available for comment. We'll consider and address all substantive comments received no later than 5 p.m. Pacific time on Feb. 22, 2013. You may submit comments by e-mail.
